Saltå Kvarn'soat crusher is made from Swedish organic whole oats that have been cut into pieces, also called "steel cut oats". Porridge cooked on oat groats becomes plump and has a wonderful chewing resistance. If you mix it into the dough when baking, the bread will be juicier and tastier.
