We understand that delivery and shipping can be a concern, but we want to put your mind at ease and provide you with all the information you need. 

Our Delivery Process is Simple and Efficient:

Every Wednesday (except during holidays), there is an order deadline of 22:00. 

By consolidating as many orders as possible, we can offer you the lowest possible prices. 

Your delivery will arrive the following Thursday, right to your door. 

This way, you can plan your schedule and be ready to receive your package on time.

The shipping cost for orders under 100CHF is 14.90CHF, while the shipping cost for orders over 100CHF is 19.90CHF, regardless of how big your order size is. This way you you can order as much as your heart desires, without worrying about increased shipping cost. Also note that our prices include all Swiss customs tariffs and VAT.

We transport all packages with our refrigerated trucks until they reach Switzerland, and for the "last mile," we use Swiss Post Priority package to reach your door as soon as possible. 

If your package contains goods that need refrigeration, we add cold packs that are environmentally friendly and can be opened and disposed of in the kitchen sink.

We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and nature, and as part of that commitment, we offer our customers the opportunity to carbon offset the transportation, for a few extra Francs. If for some reason you don't want to offset, we will do it for you and pay for it. 

All proceeds go to carbon offset projects, in addition to monthly contributions to Climeworks, a Swiss project that extracts CO2 directly from the air.

Just make sure to do this before the order deadline on Wednesdays at 22:00.

If there is anything that is unavailable or out of stock for the week we will refund you for this before you receive your package.
