Terms and Conditions for Swedishness GMBH's US Customers

1. Taxes and Duties

All prices listed on our site for US customers do not include applicable taxes and import customs fees. A separate fee will be calculated at checkout to cover all taxes and import customs. Swedishness GMBH will manage and pay these charges on behalf of our US customers.

2. Shipping and Delivery

All packages destined for the US will be shipped every Monday using UPS Express. Delivery times may vary based on the destination within the US, but we aim to provide the fastest delivery possible through our shipping partner. We will use UPS Express. 

3. Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, a US customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we will offer a full refund for the items they're not happy with. The process for initiating a refund, send an email to service@swedishness.ch

4. Currency and Payment

All transactions for US customers will be processed in the local currency (USD). Prices displayed on our site for US customers are in USD.

5. Product Compliance

All our products adhere to strict EU and Swiss standards, ensuring their quality and safety. Customers can shop with confidence, knowing that our products meet these high standards. When we are sending refrigerated product, it's the customers responsibility to check and make sure they are eatable and safe conditions, if not Swedishness will refund you, contact service@swedishness.ch to request for a refund. 

6. Liability and Disclaimer

By shopping on our site, customers agree that they are doing so at their own risk. While we strive to offer high-quality products and ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and other information on our website, we cannot guarantee that the site is free from errors. Swedishness GMBH shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our website or any information, products, or services contained therein.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Swiss law. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, for settling any disputes or claims.

Swedishness GMBH reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it's the customer's responsibility to review these T&Cs regularly.
