Saltå Kvarn's rye flour is a stone-ground whole grain flour from Swedish organic rye. The whole rye kernel with bran and germ is included, which makes the flour rich in fiber and a source of magnesium, iron, and zinc as well as the B vitamins thiamin, B6, and folic acid. You bake deliciously juicy sourdough bread from rye flour.
